Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Penundaan atau Pengangsuran Utang di Bidang Kepabeanan dan Cukai

On 26 February 2024, the Director General of Customs and Excise stipulated Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise Number PER-3/BC/2024 regarding Implementing Guideline on Postponement or Installment of Debt in the Customs and Excise Sector. The regulation is stipulated to implement the provisions of Article 23 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 154 Year 2023 regarding Postponement or Installment of Debt in the Customs and Excise Sector.
Pada tanggal 26 Februari 2024, Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai menetapkan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Nomor PER-3/BC/2024 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Penundaan atau Pengangsuran Utang di Bidang Kepabeanan dan Cukai. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 23 Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 154 Tahun 2023 tentang Penundaan atau Pengangsuran Utang di Bidang Kepabeanan dan Cukai.
